You may have made mistakes and failed, as Peter did, but you have to learn to forgive yourself. When you forgive yourself and passionately seek God’s forgiveness, your mind is at rest, enjoying God’s Mercy. You will have to quit remembering what God has forgiven and forgotten. His mercy is bigger than any mistake you have made. God is saying, “Get back into the race. You can still do what I called you to do.” You can still thank God when you make mistakes and fail that God’s mercy still covers you. Yes, God’s Mercy is keeping you going! Yes, thank God for His Mercy. God forgive and forget your sins the moment that you ask Him. You must say goodbye to the guilt and the shame of the past and believe God have something extraordinary in your future. God’s mercy is working for you. That’s it!!!
