ON “BLESSED WITHOUT MEASURE”

As believers, we receive many blessings every day. Yes, “From the fullness of His grace we have all received one blessing after another.” (John 1:16). Daily, I enjoy sharing some of my reflections that keep helping me press on and forward as a servant leader. I remind myself of five words every day that inspires me: “I am blessed beyond measure.” I don’t say these statements to delude myself into believing great when stuff is terrible. I say these words because I am truly blessed beyond measure. Many times we treat blessings like success. We don’t feel we are blessed without the material evidence. It is pretty easy to feel this way, but we must think about being blessed or prosperous. The word blessed means to be divinely or supremely favored or fortunate. If you look at the facts, it is pretty obvious why we are blessed beyond measure. We receive seven blessings daily, making us blessed beyond measure because of our ability to do the following: Turn mistakes or failures into opportunities; Serve and help others to succeed; Rest and relax through sleep; Heal and restore our bodies; Live with the purpose for more significant accomplishment; make choices even in challenging situations and work favorably with sufficient grace for each day. It may be hard to see how blessed you are in a few of these areas. For instance, you may be having some severe health issues, but for the most part, we are all well enhanced in all these areas daily. Organizing and winning these seven blessings is the core of any of your life’s success. That’s it!!!
