The Bible has a lot to say about profound respectability, trustworthiness, and carrying on with a virtuous life. Additionally, The Holy book discusses earnestness, faithfulness, compliance, character, and consistency under tension. These characteristics are altogether essentials for Christian leadership. Prerequisite for taken leadership within the Church centers severally on these characters. Consequently, I mean, an open door to servant leadership is about spiritual integrity, honesty, and living a blameless life. The focal point of Christian leadership must be Christ’s mind: sincerity, loyalty, obedience, character, and maintaining consistency under pressure. These dispositions are all requirements for Christian leadership. That’s it!!!
