Have you not heard that you “Submit yourselves therefore to God …”

(James 4:7). Submit yourself in all things; meaning, a total devotion; a real dedication! For instance, you have a tongue and a voice. These instruments of discourse can be utilised ruinously or utilised productively. You can use your language to defame, to fuss, to reprove, to bother, and to fight; or you can bring it heavily influenced by God’s Spirit and make it an instrument of gift and applause. Todays’ variant of James 3:3 says, “When we put bits into the horses’ mouths to cause them to obey us, we control the remainder of their bodies moreover.” It could mean: “By putting a bit into the mouth of a horse, we can turn the horse in different directions.” Just along these lines, when we submit to the will of Christ upon our carries on with, our untamed qualities are brought heavily influenced by Him. We become tame, restrained, and fit for the Master’s administration and or service. That’s it!!!
