REFLECTING GOD’s CHARACTER THROUGH JUSTICE AND MERCY
Dear congregation, as we gather today, let us heed the call of our Heavenly Father to live justly and mercifully, embodying His divine character in all our interactions with others. God, in His infinite Wisdom and Compassion, instructs us to be channels of Justice and vessels of Mercy, mirroring His Nature in our everyday lives.
Let us remember the words of Micah 6:8, “He has shown you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” This verse serves as a guiding light for us, reminding us of our duty to uphold Justice and extend Mercy to those around us.
May we be inspired by the example of Jesus Christ, who embodied Perfect Justice and Boundless Mercy during His Earthly Ministry. Let us strive to follow in His Footsteps, seeking Justice for the oppressed and extending Mercy to the broken-hearted.
As we go forth from this place, let us diligently pursue Justice and Mercy, knowing that through our actions, we can be a tangible representation of God’s Love and Compassion.
JESUS IS LORD
