EMBRACING THE MYSTERY OF GOD’S PLAN
Dear friends in Christ, today we meditate on the profound truth that trusting God is far better than knowing why things happen as they do. In a world that thrives on explanations and logic, we are called to embrace the mystery of God’s plan with faith and humility. It is in our moments of uncertainty and doubt that we are invited to surrender our need for answers and trust in the goodness of our Heavenly Father.
The story of Mary, the Mother of Jesus, exemplifies this faith-filled surrender to God’s will. When the angel Gabriel appeared to Mary with the news of her divine calling, she did not demand an explanation or seek to understand the full implications of her role. Instead, Mary simply said, “Let it be done to me according to your word,” trusting in God’s providence and love.
As we journey through the complexities of life, let us follow Mary’s example of trust and obedience. Let us embrace the mystery of God’s plan with open hearts and minds, knowing that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are beyond our comprehension. When we release our need for control and understanding, we make space for God’s grace to work wonders in our lives.
May we rest in the assurance that God’s faithfulness is constant, even in the midst of uncertainty and confusion. May we trust in His goodness and wisdom, knowing that His plan for us is always for our ultimate good and His glory. Let us walk by faith, not by sight, confident that God’s love will guide us through every unknown path and lead us to the abundant life He has promised.
