Beloved congregation, let us heed the divine call to live justly and mercifully, embodying the character of our Heavenly Father in every aspect of our lives. God calls us, His Children, to be vessels of Justice and messengers of Mercy, reflecting His Divine Nature in all our interactions with others.

As we meditate on the words of Isaiah 1:17, “Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow,” let us be reminded of our responsibility to advocate for Justice and extend Mercy to those in need.

May our hearts be stirred by the example of Jesus Christ, who demonstrated Perfect Justice and Boundless Mercy throughout His Earthly Ministry. Let us emulate His Compassion and Kindness, reaching out to the marginalised and offering hope to the despairing.

As we leave this sanctuary, let us be inspired to live out God’s Call to reflect His Character in our interactions with others. Through our commitment to Justice and Mercy, may we be a beacon of light in a world yearning for Love and Compassion!
