GUARDIANS OF GRACE: ANSWERING THE CALL TO INTERCEDE
Dear friends, as we gather today as watchmen for our families, communities, and nations, we are reminded of the solemn duty we bear to intercede on behalf of others. Just as Ezekiel was shown visions of God’s Divine and Mysterious Ways, we are called to emulate his example by standing in the gap and offering prayers for those in need.
In Ezekiel’s vision of the wheels within wheels, we are shown the intricate workings of God’s Plans, which surpass our understanding. Similarly, as we intercede for others, we must trust in God’s Sovereignty and surrender to His Will, knowing that He is in Control even when things seem uncertain.
Let us take inspiration from Ezekiel’s vision and be vigilant in our role as guardians of grace. May our prayers be a powerful instrument in bringing about God’s Mercy and Intervention in the lives of those around us. Let us not grow weary in interceding for others, but stand firm in faith, knowing that our prayers have the power to make a difference.
JESUS IS LORD
