ON “FIND AND RECEIVE MERCY”

How can you have a proper perspective of life if you never find and receive mercy? I was teaching on what the values of addition you got for going to the sanctuary; I quoted Hebrews 4:12; “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Someone then asked, is this all about the Word of God, Pastor? Yes, I responded! In the sanctuary, in our communion with God, we gain a proper view of life. God becomes our all in all. How do we know this? He empowers us to draw near with confidence to the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace for succeeding in helping us in time of need. It’s all about God, who gives grace so that we see and receive mercy. That’s it!!!
